Terms of Service

• You must be at least 18 years old (or the age of majority in your jurisdiction) to create an account.
• You are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure and for all activity under your account.
• You agree to provide accurate information when signing up and to keep it current.
• We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.

• Sellers are responsible for the accuracy of their listings, including item condition, photos, and description.
• Listings must represent items you own and have the right to sell.
• Prices are set by sellers. Duraventi does not set, guarantee, or endorse any listed price.
• Transactions are between buyers and sellers. Duraventi facilitates the transaction but is not a party to the underlying sale or trade.
• Completed sales are generally final. Refunds and order issues are not automatic or self-serve; they are reviewed by Duraventi on a case-by-case basis under our buyer protection process.

• Trades are agreements between two users to exchange items, with or without a cash difference.
• Any cash component of a trade is processed through Duraventi’s payment system and held in escrow until both parties confirm receipt.
• Users are responsible for accurately representing items offered in a trade.
• Disputes arising from trades are handled under the same buyer/seller protection policies as standard sales.

• Payment processing is handled by Stripe, Inc. (“Stripe”). By using Duraventi’s payment features, you also agree to Stripe’s Terms of Service.
• Buyers are charged at the time of purchase. Duraventi holds those funds and releases them to the seller after delivery is confirmed.
• Duraventi charges a platform fee on completed purchases. The current selling fee is 8.75% of the sale price. There are no listing fees and no monthly fees.
• Trades are free. Duraventi charges no platform fee on a trade. If a trade includes a cash difference, only standard payment processing applies to that cash portion.
• Sellers must complete Stripe’s onboarding (including identity verification) to receive payouts.
• Duraventi is not a bank or financial institution. Funds Duraventi holds are facilitated through Stripe and are not FDIC-insured deposits.

The following are prohibited on Duraventi (this list is not exhaustive):

• Counterfeit, replica, or fraudulently described items
• Stolen goods
• Weapons, ammunition, and regulated items (varies by jurisdiction)
• Drugs, controlled substances, and related paraphernalia
• Items subject to trade embargos or export controls
• Adult content or services
• Items that infringe on intellectual property rights
• Spam listings, duplicate listings intended to game search, or listings with intentionally misleading information
• Harassment, threats, or abusive conduct toward other users

Violating these prohibitions may result in immediate account suspension and/or referral to law enforcement.

• Duraventi offers optional authentication review for high-value items as an add-on service.
• Authentication represents the opinion of a qualified reviewer and is not a guarantee of authenticity.
• Duraventi is not liable for authentication determinations that are later found to be incorrect, provided review was conducted in good faith.
• Authentication is an optional, paid add-on offered on eligible high-value listings. Applicable fees, eligible categories, and turnaround are shown at the time you request authentication, and review is performed by Duraventi or its qualified third-party partners.

• Duraventi and its logos, trademarks, and design elements are proprietary to Duraventi, Inc.
• By posting content (photos, descriptions, etc.) to Duraventi, you grant us a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to display that content on the Platform in connection with your listing.
• You retain ownership of your content. We don’t claim rights beyond what’s needed to operate the Platform.

• The Platform is provided “as is.” We make no warranties about uptime, availability, or fitness for a particular purpose.
• Duraventi is not responsible for the actions of other users. We provide tools to facilitate deals; we do not guarantee the behavior of any buyer or seller.
• Our liability to you for any claim is limited to the amount of fees you paid to Duraventi in the 12 months before the claim.
• To the maximum extent permitted by law, Duraventi is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for any loss of profits, data, goodwill, or items, arising out of or relating to your use of the Platform.

• These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Tennessee, without regard to its conflict-of-laws principles.
• Disputes will be resolved by binding arbitration administered by JAMS under its applicable rules, seated in Morristown, Tennessee, except where prohibited by law.
• Class actions and jury trials are waived to the extent permitted by law.

We may update these Terms from time to time. We'll notify you of material changes by email or via the Platform. Continuing to use Duraventi after changes take effect means you accept the new Terms.
